September Mileage

My mileage for the month was not great, but when you consider that the majority of it came in the first week of the month, before I broke my foot, I didn't do too badly. I did two races back to back, which I haven't done for some time, and while we didn't do nearly as much hiking as I'd planned, we still had a fun vacation. This was my ninth half marathon, so yay me for doing all that training and all that running.

3 treadmill workouts + 2 hikes + 3 store walking + 2 races + 2 bike workouts + 0 kayak outings =
