2019 total mileage: 218.44 foot miles + 145.0 bike miles + 2.56 kayak miles = 366.0 miles
2018 total mileage: 387.86 foot miles + 365.0 bike miles + 2.14 kayak miles = 755.00 miles
2017 total mileage: 500.30 foot miles + 20.0 bike miles = 520.30 miles
2016 total mileage: 310.42 foot miles

In December mileage I started feeling better about balancing Max's exercise runs and my energy levels. We don't run every day, but we do run at least three times a week, more if the weather is cooperating. Her behavior is better, even on the days she doesn't get exercise, which I think is because she's maturing and settling down a smidge. Though she still chews on everything, so she's not all grown up yet.
