Despite being sick the last week and a half of the month (and the first week of December- I'm still sick), my mileage in November was higher than my October mileage. My two bike workouts contributed to that- bike miles happen so much quicker than hiking or treadmill miles.
Unfortunately, we missed two hikes while I wasn't feeling well, so now we're close to the end of the year and two hikes short. So we'll be doubling up hikes the next couple weeks to get caught up and hit our 52nd hike before the end of the year. I'm really hoping I can kick this crud once and for all- it's been dragging on too long.
