I feel like August was a re-run of July. Hot and humid and more hibernating in our air-conditioned house.
I'm caught up on my bike miles and switching to five mile bike rides fits into my schedule a lot better, especially given the energy issues I've been having.
I'm still short on my foot miles and I'm now six hikes short. I'm confident I can catch up on those once the weather cools down, though.
