May was cooler than usual and I had some really good trail runs as a result. I've decided to classify my trail runs as hikes, since I do hike in between running. This is also helpful from a time perspective. I just don't have time to go on a hike after trail running for 3-4 hours. It is going to bump up my average hike length, but that will be counter-balanced by shorter hikes with the kids, which I need to be more consistent with. So it will probably equal out eventually. My average hike length is up to 3.32, which is above my goal of 2.25 miles.
I had fallen behind on the number of hikes, but I'm now only down by one.
My bike rides are still on track and my foot mileage is close to being back on track because of the longer runs I've been doing in preparation for the 50k.
