Park Day

willow tunnel

For our weekly park visit this week we went to a really neat interactive park. Part of it has all sorts of fun play areas: an outdoor kitchen, a raised sitting area made of interwoven branches, a willow tunnel, a bamboo tipi populated with stump chairs, a little stream, hobbit tunnels, the list goes on and on.

Another part of the park has several fun features like the house in the picture below, a giant chessboard, a giant chair, a piano in a field, and so on. All fun and random things that the kids could have fun using their imaginations with.

Our group has gone to this park a couple times, but this was our first visit. We can't wait to go back and keep exploring- there's a lot we didn't have time to see.
