November was ... challenging.
I worked towards taking Max for a daily run or walk, which is good for both of us, but is also stressful. I can't quite handle a daily walk or run yet, but I'm getting there and figuring out what I can do without wearing myself out physically or stressing myself out mentally. Max is much calmer for the more regular exercise, so it's worth the effort.
My bike miles stagnated, as I knew they would when I switched my focus to getting outside every day with Max, but I'm ok with it. My foot miles are increasing and I hit the 52 hike mark, and it's not the last week of December!

1 treadmill workout + 4 hikes/trail runs + 1 trail race + 3 outside walks + 3 bike workouts + 0 kayak outings = 50.10 miles
