This month I've made more of an effort to get my mileage in, and it's paid off. Not only am I on track to hit 365 miles and 52 hikes by the end of the year, but I've also been feeling better. I've been able to keep moving and get all the zillions of things done that were on my to-do list this month. Not to say I still don't struggle with EDS (extreme daytime sleepiness) or have bad days in general, but they're fewer and more manageable. It's a nice change to be this productive. My to-do list isn't getting any smaller over the next couple months, so I will continue to get my miles in so that I can have the energy to get things done.
