I have videos, but I'll use them once or twice and then stop using them. I finally quit stressing myself out about it and moved on to other forms of exercise. Now I do step, kickboxing and muscle conditioning classes at the gym. It has really whipped me into shape and I don't have to feel bad about not being a naturally good runner.
