Yesterday we finally got the oil changed in the car, ran some other errands, came home and put a few more finishing touches on DD's room (still not done yet, though), and packed for our trip.
This morning we will be embarking on our road trip to get to the town where I will run a half marathon this weekend. It's supposed to be a fast course, but given the cold symptoms (sore throat, congestion, cough) that I still have, we'll see how it goes. It's on the same course as the marathon I'll be running next month, so at least I'll get to see how the course is.
